What does the registration cover?



  • For SCAR participants:

    Registration for those participants, who are going to attend SCAR Business Meetings (*) (30 July to 2 August ONLY) covers:
    • Access to business meetings;
    • Coffee breaks;
    • Welcome Reception (02/Aug/10)


    Registration for those participants, who are going to attend SCAR Delegates Meeting (**) (8-11 August ONLY) covers:
    • Access to Delegates meetings;
    • Coffee breaks;
    • Welcome Reception (08/Aug/10)
    • Gala Dinner (10/Aug/10)


    * (a) SCAR national representatives attending SCAR business meetings ONLY; (b) other people (not SCAR national representatives) attending specific workshops (SOOS, ISMASS, IPY-EOC etc) ONLY

    ** by invitation (i.e. national delegates)

    Please note that in the REGISTRATION SYSTEM you only need to check "SCAR" if you are going to attend any formal SCAR activity (there are no "SCAR Delegates Meeting" or "SCAR Business Meetings" checkbox, you only need to select the "SCAR" checkbox).
